Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return an item within 14 days of the date of receipt, without giving any reason. To do so, contact our Customer Support (info@jamarket.eu / +351 236 623 129) or visit any of our stores.

The item must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or invoice. Items sealed for hygiene or protection reasons may only be returned if the seal remains intact.

Once the conditions are met, the refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
